These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bhole.ai (the “Service”), operated by Revenue Dealer MarTech Private Limited (“Bhole.ai”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Bhole is an AI spiritual companion inspired by the timeless wisdom associated with Lord Shiva. Bhole is not Lord Shiva, a licensed spiritual teacher, a therapist, a doctor, or an emergency service, and does not offer guaranteed guidance, predictions, or supernatural claims.

Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.

The Service is offered across journey tiers — Prarambh (free), Sadhana, Tapasya, Kailash, and Mandala — each with different features and pricing, described on our Journeys page.

Paid journeys billed monthly or yearly renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Kailash is a one-time lifetime payment subject to fair-use limits described on the Journeys page. You can manage or cancel your journey anytime from My Journey.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateway partners. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

You retain ownership of what you share with Bhole. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to harass, harm, or generate unlawful content.

The Service, including the Bhole.ai name, mark, and all associated content, is owned by Revenue Dealer MarTech Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenue Dealer MarTech Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
